In the Southwest corner of Saugatuck’s downtown there is a charming little water-facing building that is home to three great restaurants in town; Grow, Loco Burrito, and Scooters Cafe & Pizzeria. A couple years ago we installed a brand new HVAC system for the building with several American Standard roof top units (RTUs).
